We are thrilled to host a guest video screening by Brit Bunkley & Andrea Gardner in our events area during the opening night and exhibition viewing dates of ‘For the Love of Botanical’

Garden is a collaboration between Brit Bunkley & Andrea Gardner (with credit to Alastair Galbraith – soundtrack). The video focuses on three 3D scanned Waiheke Gardens. It includes a small swaying figure wearing a tree hat in the corners of the video. “Garden” alludes to the increasing presence of virtual experiences in contemporary life. It raises questions around perception and authenticity within our evolving relationship of the digitally enhanced tension between culture and nature.
