Step into the world of Bordeaux and discover the art behind one of the wine world’s most iconic styles. In this immersive tasting experience, we will deconstruct classic Bordeaux blends by tasting key varietals individually before exploring how they come together in harmony.
From the structure of Cabernet Sauvignon to the plush fruit of Merlot and the elegance of Cabernet Franc, you will learn how each grape contributes character, balance, and complexity to the final blend. Along the way, we will explore Bordeaux’s rich history, famous regions, blending philosophy, and modern interpretations from around the world.
Seasoned or curious wine lover, you will have an evening of discovery, conversation, and exceptional wines.
- 5.30pm – Enjoy a welcome glass of bubbles on arrival as you browse the gallery’s latest exhibition.
- 6pm – Wine tasting start. You will taste 7 wines and be treated with the delicious cheese platters by The Burrow Deli.
