The series Common Treasures began before I started liquidating many of my cherished collections. I thought making images of my beloved household items would make it easier to part with them, however, it has actually made it more difficult as all of these treasures have a backstory. I remember my grandmother always having a glass juicer on the bench in her house, and those items as well as her house were shared by us…along with memories.
