Tahitahi (sweep) draws upon the time of year that Puanga sweeps our skies in preparation of Te Tau Hou Māori. Distractions are cleared away – physically, emotionally, spiritually – in order to honour what has been, let go of what no longer belongs, and make space for what awaits.
Tahitahi is invocation through graphic mark-making, asking boldly to take importance of place amongst a blended cultural backdrop.
