Our lives are increasingly hectic, with constant bombardment by the media with news that seems consistently bleak, pressures from work and life making us feel frayed and disconnected.
I am drawn to spaces that have a sense of expanse and serenity, places to experience a moment to pause and just be, with the land, coast, river, amongst the trees or staring into the sky as the day begins or as the day closes.
Places to just breathe and connect and be reminded there is a world beyond the demands of our hectic lives.
