Ursula is a Wairarapa artist who creates both whimsical and socio-political pieces by incorporating folded canvas, photographic & other elements into her work, to create a unique style.
Her background in science and technology blends perfectly with her creative nature, and she enjoys encouraging people to look at life a little differently.
A slight departure from her usual medium, Ursula has created a body of composite image artworks, by incorporating elements from her extensive collection of photographs. You may be able to spot various flora alongside dewdrops, building structures and props, weaving a story into each art piece.
